A top-tier national law firm is looking for a motivated and meticulous Paralegal to join its thriving Real Estate & Projects team in Central London.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of development, land, and property transactions for a mix of registered providers, developers, investors, and charities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting fee earners on residential and commercial property transactions
• Reviewing and summarising legal documents (land agreements, development agreements, transfers)
• Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications
• Managing pre- and post-completion formalities
• Drafting ancillary documentation (deeds of covenant, certificates, etc.)
• Assisting with due diligence and title reporting on development acquisitions

✅ What You’ll Need

• Law degree (minimum 2:2 or equivalent); LPC or SQE-prep desirable
• Prior paralegal experience in property or real estate law
• Strong drafting and research skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Confident communication skills and a proactive mindset
