We have had the heads-up from our client, an international City firm with a top tier Real Estate practice, which is looking for a Solicitor with between 18 months - 3 years' experience to join their London team.

You will work with a diverse client base - including investors, developers, lenders, occupiers and global corporates - across every major asset class; office, hospitality, retail, data centres, industrial and mixed-use developments.

You will advise on a broad spectrum of Real Estate matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Joint ventures and structuring
• Development projects (planning, environmental and construction matters)
• Leasing and asset management
• Cross-border transactions

About You:

• Strong experience in Commercial Real Estate transactions
• Excellent technical and drafting skills
• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
• Motivated to build long-term client relationships.
