Property Finance Solicitor Belfast Artemis Human Capital is currently partnering with a leading commercial firm in Belfast that is experiencing a sustained period of growth and is now looking to expand its Banking & Finance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with around 4 years PQE and experience in property finance to join a highly regarded practice, advising on high-value, cross-jurisdictional transactions across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Working closely with senior lawyers and partners, youll advise a range of institutional lender clients on secured lending transactions, corporate banking matters, and enforcement issues - particularly where there is a real estate or development finance element involved. What youll be doing: Advising on all aspects of secured lending, including title review, security documentation, and facility agreements Supporting enforcement actions and asset recovery involving property-backed loans Working on transactions involving both NI and ROI jurisdictions Liaising directly with lender clients, borrowers, and other professional advisors Criteria: Approximately 4 years PQE, ideally gained within banking, property finance, or real estate law Solid understanding of secured lending and property-related banking transactions Excellent attention to detail and a pragmatic, client-focused approach Strong drafting skills and experience managing files with minimal supervision This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor seeking to deepen their expertise in banking and finance, with a particular focus on property-backed transactions, in a supportive and well-connected commercial environment.
