Real Estate Finance Solicitor (Legal Director), 8+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £90,000+ (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of high-quality transactions, advising both lenders and borrowers, while collaborating with a nationally recognised, multidisciplinary real estate practice. \nTHE ROLE:
\n• You will manage a varied caseload of real estate finance matters, with the opportunity to gain exposure to wider areas within the Real Estate Investment, Funds and Finance team.
\n• Working closely with Partners and colleagues across the business, you will play a key role in delivering commercially focused legal advice and supporting the continued growth of the team.
\n• You will supervise more junior members of the team.
\n
\nSKILLS REQUIRED:
\n• Applications are sought from Real Estate Finance Solicitors with a minimum of 8 Years PQE
\n• Proven experience advising on real estate finance transactions
\n• The ability to manage your own caseload independently
\n• A collaborative and team-oriented approach
\n• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
\n
