Job Description

This is a full-time, office-based role for a Real Estate Finance Paralegal located in our Holborn office. As a Real Estate Finance Paralegal at Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP, you will be responsible for assisting with property transactions (freehold, leasehold, new build, remortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions, etc.)

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
• File closing
• Liaising with clients, agents and solicitors with general enquiries
• At least 12 months of experience as a property paralegal
• Completing SDLT Returns
• Companies House submissions
• Submitting HMLR applications and dealing with requisitions
• Dealing with Leasehold post-completion requirements
• Assisting fee earners with exchange and completion
• Opening files and assisting with AML compliance
