Real Estate Finance Legal PA (6 Month FTC)

We’re on the lookout for a Real Estate Finance Legal PA who is experienced in supporting at Partner level to join one of our prestigious US law firm clients on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.  This is a traditional PA role within the Real Estate Finance department, supporting Partners, Associates, and Trainee Solicitors with a range of administrative responsibilities and document management tasks.

• Salary to £57,000 + exceptional employee benefits

• Hybrid working – 4 days in the office / 1 day WFH
• 30 days annual leave + bank holidays (FTE)

Key Responsibilities of the Real Estate Finance Legal PA (6 Month FTC):

• Actively manage fee-earners’ diaries and resolve conflicting appointments.
• Proactively manage fee earners and own inbox, ensure that client/matter related emails are dealt with and filed on a timely basis.
• Manage the billing process with the Finance team.
• Open new clients and matters, including conflict checks and drafting/amending engagement letters.
• Arrange complex travel and prepare detailed itineraries for fee earners.
• Amend and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Skills & Requirements of the Real Estate Finance Legal PA (6 Month FTC):

• 5+ years of Legal PA experience supporting at Partner level within a law firm.
• Proficiency with the MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) applications.
• Willingness to work flexibly to meet client needs, helping others when needed and delegating to other resources as required.
