LAW Absolute is working with a leading London law firm that’s looking for a Real Estate Finance Lawyer to join on a 3-month contract, starting immediately. The role: • Acting for both lenders and borrowers on a mix of real estate finance deals • Drafting and negotiating facility and security documents • Supporting on high-value, complex transactions across commercial and residential property
What they’re looking for: • Qualified solicitor, with solid real estate finance experience • Strong technical skills and the ability to hit the ground running • Someone available at short notice who can work independently and as part of a team
