About the Role As the Readymix Technical Optimisation Manager , you will report into the Technical Manager and be responsible for a team of three direct reports. In this position, you will be leading the central Ready Mixed Concrete laboratory team in the design, development, and optimisation of innovative concrete products and technologies. Furthermore, the role focuses on driving technical advancements, supporting sustainability goals through lower carbon solutions, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
