Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Pay rate: £16.20 per hour
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 18:30
1 in 3 Saturdays: 09:00 17:30
30-minute unpaid lunch break each shift
Role Overview:
Flexible People Ltd are seeking an experienced and certified Reach Forklift Driver (B2) to join our warehouse team. The role primarily involves operating a reach truck for stock replenishment while supporting general warehouse duties. This position requires working in a fast-paced, multi-skilled warehouse environment, including cold storage areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Reach Forklift Truck (B2) safely and efficiently
Replenishment and movement of warehouse stock
Support general warehouse operations as required
Manual handling, including bending, stretching, and lifting up to 25kg
Work in varying temperature environments, including cold storage (-25C)
Follow all site health and safety procedures
Requirements:
Valid Reach Forklift (B2) licence (essential)
Previous warehouse experience in a multi-skilled environment
Ability to lift up to 25kg and perform physical duties
Basic English language skills
Ability to perform simple calculations
Own transport recommended due to limited public transport access
Must be available to attend an on-site interview
Must be available to complete site induction (first week at 08:00)
PPE Requirements:
Steel toe capped safety boots
Hi-visibility vest
