We are hiring Warehouse operatives to work on the night shift in a chilled warehouse environment for our client based in Spalding, Lincolnshire. Ongoing work with some permanent roles available after trial. Shift:Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday toSaturday Hours:18.00 to 05.00 or 07.00 to 18.00 Pay rates: Nights£14.37basic (£16.10inc hol pay) Overtime at x 1.5 after 45 hours worked Days £13.47 basic (£15.10 inc hol pay) over after 45 hours worked Key Responsibilities: Accurately pack goods for shipping and storage Stack items safely and efficiently Pick items as per the guidelines provided. Inspect packaging for damage or defects and report any issues immediately. Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, including packaging trays and surrounding areas. Monitor product quality and remove defective products from the line. Move goods around siteand load trailers Follow company policies and procedures at all times Requirements:
