Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Pay rate: £16.20 per hour

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 18:30
• 1 in 3 Saturdays: 09:00 17:30
• 30-minute unpaid lunch break each shift

Role Overview:
Flexible People Ltd are seeking an experienced and certified Reach Forklift Driver (B2) to join our warehouse team. The role primarily involves operating a reach truck for stock replenishment while supporting general warehouse duties. This position requires working in a fast-paced, multi-skilled warehouse environment, including cold storage areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Reach Forklift Truck (B2) safely and efficiently
• Replenishment and movement of warehouse stock
• Support general warehouse operations as required
• Manual handling, including bending, stretching, and lifting up to 25kg
• Work in varying temperature environments, including cold storage (-25C)
• Follow all site health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Valid Reach Forklift (B2) licence (essential)
• Previous warehouse experience in a multi-skilled environment
• Ability to lift up to 25kg and perform physical duties
• Basic English language skills
• Ability to perform simple calculations
• Own transport recommended due to limited public transport access
• Must be available to attend an on-site interview
• Must be available to complete site induction (first week at 08:00)

PPE Requirements:

• Steel toe capped safety boots
• Hi-visibility vest
