Position REACH Re‑integration Officer – REACH Hub (Grade 6 SCP 22‑25) Location: Link School, Sunderland Salary: £33,699 – £36,363 pro‑rata to weeks worked. Contract: Full time, term time + three weeks. Start: September 2026. Key Responsibilities

Deliver high quality SEND/SEMH behaviour support within the REACH Hub Provision. Work collaboratively with Sunderland schools, academies and the REACH hub team to support the successful reintegration of learners with identified behavioural, social or emotional needs. Focus on reducing barriers to learning by delivering targeted interventions, offering personalised behaviour support, and strengthening relationships between pupils, families and education providers.
