About the Role Lead a multidisciplinary team of tax specialists, engineers, software programmers and scientists to deliver R&D tax relief and credit claims. Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliant and optimised claims, liaising with clients, colleagues and HMRC. Key Responsibilities

Line management of the team, driving their development and progression. Strategic direction of the team and contribution to marketing initiatives. Lead client meetings, build and maintain working relationships with colleagues and intermediaries. Oversee portfolio of claims, ensuring compliance with tax legislation and guidelines, meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications

Experience in R&D tax, including claim preparation and submission. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Understanding of HMRC guidance and relevant tax legislation.
