An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Raw Material Quality & Compliance Manager to join a leading luxury fashion house. This role is pivotal in safeguarding raw material excellence and regulatory compliance across the entire production lifecycle. The position plays a critical role in advancing the brand's sustainability commitments and ethical standards, ensuring full alignment with global regulatory requirements while upholding uncompromising luxury quality expectations. Based in the London office 5 days a week. You MUST speak Italian to be considered for this role (sponsorship is possible for Italian speakers). Main Responsibilities Will Include: Work in line with the Production Critical Path, proactively identifying timeline conflicts, quality risks, and required actions. Analyse and verify all raw materials used in production to ensure full compliance with internal specifications and luxury quality standards, including specialised assessment of leather and other key materials. Launch, manage, and monitor all raw material testing programmes. Review results, assess risks, and ensure any non-conformities are resolved efficiently with suppliers and factories.
