The Role: As a Rapid Response Nurse within Superior Healthcare's Complex Care Team, you will provide clinical support to adults and children in their own homes, stepping in when their regular care or nursing team is unavailable. Rapid Response Nurses work with clients who have a variety of life-limiting conditions, including those present from birth, degenerative conditions, spinal and brain injuries, and those requiring interventions such as ventilation , gastrostomy , bowel management, and tracheostomy care. In addition to direct client care, you may also assist with training and inducting new Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, helping to strengthen the overall care team. This role would involve covering clients across West/Mid Kent. we currently have 4 openings with a choice of the below shift pattern on a day or night basis.
