Are you a highly skilled Reliability, Maintainability & Safety (RAMS) Engineer looking for a senior technical challenge? We are seeking a Senior RAMS Engineer to play a critical role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and maintainability of advanced electro-mechanical systems used in safety-critical applications. What You'll Do:

Lead and approve qualitative and quantitative RAMS assessments during the design phases of complex aerospace and electro-mechanical systems. Perform FMECA, hazard assessments, reliability block diagrams, fault tree analysis, and other safety engineering tasks. Provide system safety expertise across integrated product teams (IPTs), influencing design for optimal reliability and safety. Plan workloads and mentor a small team of RAMS Engineers. Support proposals, bids, and customer requirement analysis while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. Continuously improve internal RAMS processes and support FRACAS (Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System) activities.
