Key Responsibilities
Load and unload aircraft baggage safely and efficiently, using manual and mechanical methods in line with training.
Carry out routine inspections of equipment before and during operations.
Report faults, damage, or irregularities with equipment, facilities, or procedures promptly to management.
Operate, position, and remove company equipment correctly, safely, and in accordance with training.
Safety, Security & Compliance
All employees are expected to:
Take responsibility for their own health and safety, and that of others at all times.
Work closely with managers and supervisors to meet all legal and safety requirements.
Use company equipment correctly and never misuse or interfere with safety systems.
Immediately report any unsafe conditions, hazards, near misses, incidents, or accidents.
Follow all health and safety rules, procedures, and training provided.
Maintain a full understanding of the company's Health & Safety Policy.
Attend mandatory training sessions as required.
Requirements
Full UK Manual Driving Licence (essential) (max 6 points) (must have had the license for 1 year)
hands-on work, must me mobile and can move heavy luggage
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Fully flexible availability required
Shift Pattern
Rotating shifts between 04:30 - 23:30
7 days on / 3 days off , 7 days on / 4 days off , or 6 days on / 3 days off
Includes weekends and public holidays
