Responsibilities

  • Manage the smooth running and effective insights delivery of all research pertaining to Womenswear or Handbags.
  • Work in close partnership with the global and regional brand and marketing teams to understand business needs and gaps, ensuring research answers key business questions.
  • Build strong relationships with agencies and manage them effectively to deliver results that combine data with style.
  • Ensure key learnings and implications are discussed with all relevant teams; supervise and support regional teams in sharing insights with key stakeholders in their markets.
  • Deliver strategic business support to the global Womenswear & Handbag Brand and Marketing teams and support regional teams.
  • Provide yearly 360 analyses combining insights from U&As, brand health, social listening, and identify new opportunities to feed into category, brand and marketing strategies.
  • Support global WW & Handbags Board meetings and Long-Range Planning analysis.
  • Provide regular updates on macro-consumer shifts, fashion trends and competitor developments impacting Womenswear & Handbags.
  • Support the global marketing team to ensure insights inform advertising development from concept to post-campaign assessment.
  • Foster consumer-centricity by driving adoption of consumer insights within brands, regions and markets’ ways of working.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Proven track record in an insight function, including client-side experience in a retail or luxury business.
  • Excellent ad hoc research skills (quantitative and qualitative) with expertise across consumer and shopper methodologies; ability to drive briefs, manage agencies, and turn data into clear, business-led narratives.
  • Luxury or fashion sensibility and passion for understanding consumers with awareness of regional nuances.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of driving business change and fostering a consumer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to influence senior management and collaborate across diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Curious, proactive, innovative, and forward-thinking in approach.
