Job Summary Based at the JNF UK head office in North West London, the Database Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance and improvements of the Raiser’s Edge / RE NXT CRM system. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of the data, supports fundraising efforts, and provides training and support to staff. Additionally, the Database Administrator will oversee the daily operation, security, and accuracy of JNF UK’s CRM system.

Key Responsibilities Database Management & Integrity Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and security of Raiser’s Edge / NXT Conduct regular audits and quality control checks to eliminate inconsistencies Lead data standardisation efforts for campaign assignments, constituent records, and financial reconciliation Implement de-duplication protocols and improve data entry processes.
