MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

This key operational role combines event management and team leadership, ensuring the safe, professional, and exciting delivery of race events while acting as a Duty Manager on shift. You will be responsible for managing the team, enforcing safety standards, and creating unforgettable experiences for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

* Run thrilling, safe, and high-quality race events

* Act as Duty Manager across Front of House & Track

* Deliver engaging and confident safety briefings

* Enforce race rules and driver standards professionally

* Support team training, development & performance

* Liaise with management to ensure events run to standard

What We’re Looking For:

* Customer-facing or event-based experience preferred

* Strong communicator and people manager

* Calm under pressure, confident on the microphone

* Logical thinker with attention to detail

* Comfortable working evenings/weekends
