They are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee operations across a key portfolio of quarry-based projects in the Bristol area.The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations across quarry and heavy industrial environments. You will oversee engineering teams, subcontractors and site activities to ensure safe, efficient and compliant delivery of works.Key responsibilities include Managing daily site operations across quarry and industrial environmentsSupervising engineers, welders and subcontractors on siteEnsuring all works are completed safely and in line with site procedures and legislationPlanning and coordinating maintenance and project activitiesLiaising with clients, quarry operators and internal management teamsOverseeing RAMS, permits to work and site compliance documentationDriving productivity, quality and operational efficiency across all worksSupporting continuous improvement across site performance The Candidate We are looking for someone with Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor or similar within quarrying, heavy plant or industrial environmentsStrong understanding of quarry operations and site safety requirementsExperience managing multi-disciplinary teams including engineers and subcontractorsAbility to manage multiple site activities and priorities effectivelyStrong leadership and communication skillsCommercial awareness and understanding of operational delivery Experience within the quarrying sector or heavy industrial processing environments is highly desirable.Essential Requirements SMSTS or SSSTS qualification (SMSTS preferred)IOSH or NEBOSH General or Construction CertificateCSCS card (black or gold preferred)Full UK driving licenceStrong understanding of health and safety legislation and site compliance Package £60,000 to £70,000 depending on experienceCompany vehicle or allowanceLong-term permanent position with strong stabilityOpportunity to work across established quarry operations in the South West This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with a background in quarrying or heavy industrial environments to take ownership of key sites across the Bristol area and play a leading role in operational delivery.Apply now or contact NEOS Engineering for more information.JBRP1_UKTJ
