Essential Requirements: Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
Strong commercial skills in change management, compensation events, and forecasting
Ability to work effectively in delivery-focused teams
Water sector or UK utility experience (e.g. AMP frameworks) is an advantage
