Your Role: Driving Value and Performance
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the financial and contractual aspects of assigned projects to control costs, maximise value recovery, and ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery aligned with company standards.
Quantity Surveyor Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit valuations and applications for payment. Ensure timely certification and manage cash collection, including retentions. Collaborate closely with Project and Site Managers to align financial and operational goals. Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts and cost-to-complete assessments.
