Are you a detail-focused Quantity Surveyor ready to make an impact on a high-profile office refurbishment? Join our dynamic construction team in Glasgow and play a key role in delivering a £10 million project from concept to completion.
About the Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing costs, preparing estimates, monitoring budgets, and ensuring value for money throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with the project management and design teams to support efficient, cost-effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of detailed cost plans, estimates, and budgets.

Value engineering and cost control throughout the project.

Managing procurement and contractor tender processes.
*
Monitoring project progress and reporting on financial performance.
*
Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and risk management.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction, ideally in commercial refurbishment projects.
*
Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes.
*
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*
Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant professional qualification (MRICS preferred).
