Your Role Will Include:

Managing all commercial aspects of assigned projects, including procurement, valuations, change control, and final accounts

Ensuring accurate cost control, forecasting, and commercial reporting

Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes

Contributing to continuous improvement and best practice in commercial operations

Supporting compliance with regulatory and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven experience in the construction industry – Passive Fire Protection is ideal, but experience in M&E or drylining is also highly relevant

✔ A solid background in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management

✔ Strong understanding of construction contracts (JCT and/or NEC )

✔ Commercial acumen and exceptional attention to detail

✔ Excellent negotiation and communication skills

✔ A proactive, problem-solving mindset
