Quantity Surveyor - Builders Works
A leading builders’ work specialist delivering complex packages across commercial interiors and refurbishment projects is looking to appoint a Builders Works Quantity Surveyor to support its growing delivery team. The business works extensively with Tier 1 main contractors, delivering high-quality builders’ work packages across Central London.
Builders’ work packages typically include blockwork and brickwork, screeding, formwork and holorib slab reinstatement, concrete works, structural steelwork, and below-ground drainage installations, delivered as part of high-quality commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
The Builders Works Quantity Surveyor’s Role
The Quantity Surveyor will take commercial responsibility for multiple builders’ work packages, working closely with Project Managers, site teams, and senior leadership.
Projects are typically fast-paced, fit-out–led schemes with demanding programmes and high-quality finishes.
The Builders Works Quantity Surveyor
* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
* Experience within builders’ works, fit-out, or refurbishment environments
* Strong post-contract commercial management experience
* Confident managing multiple work packages simultaneously
* Professional, client-facing, and commercially astute
* Experience working on London projects preferred

* Salary: up to £85,000 (dependent on experience)
* Travel paid for Zones 1–6
* Performance-related bonus
