The Role

Opportunity for a Lead QS to take full commercial responsibility on a £9m Cat B office fit out project in London.

Key Duties

Lead project commercially from pre-construction to final account

Manage procurement and subcontract packages

Oversee variations, CVRs & reporting

Drive cost control and value engineering

Act as the main commercial lead on site

Requirements

Proven experience in fit out / interiors

Strong background delivering Cat B projects

Experience on schemes £5m–£10m

Comfortable operating as the No.1 QS

Good working knowledge of JCT contracts
