They deliver full turnkey solutions—including supply, installation, civil engineering works, commissioning, and handover—for critical systems such as firemain networks, hot-water services, and potable-water pipelines. Notable projects include firemain upgrades at Heathrow’s Terminal 3 and British Airways maintenance base, as well as emergency firemain repairs and large-scale hot-water and water pipeline installations—all managed end-to-end for major airport clients .This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing construction business with a current turnover of £20m and ambitious plans for continued expansion. The company has experienced rapid growth recently, tripling in size, and boasts a dynamic and driven team. The Role We are seeking a capable and independent Quantity Surveyor to join the team in a standalone role, supporting the successful delivery of NEC contracts (Option A). You will work closely with Project Managers and report directly to the company’s leadership on certain schemes.
