Quantity Surveyors Wanted | NEC & Civils Expertise Location: London based 2-3 day a week / 2-3 days from home (hybrid) Contract Type: Permanent Experience Level: QS to Sr QS Sponsorship: Unfortunately, we are not in a position to offer visa sponsorship at this time. A growing commercial consultancy working across major UK infrastructure projects is looking to expand its team of Quantity Surveyors. Current work includes long-term commission on HS2, as well as direct delivery support for a range of civil engineering clients. Roles vary from embedded client-side commercial positions to traditional post-contract QS support. You’ll be involved in: Applications for payment Variations and change control Forecasting and cost reporting Budget preparation and monitoring NEC contract management and administration We’re looking for professionals who have: A strong background in civil engineering or infrastructure Hands-on experience with the NEC suite of contracts A solid understanding of monthly QS duties and project controls Confidence working independently or as part of a wider client team The right to work in the UK without sponsorship Why join?
