As a Quantity Surveyor , you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering clean energy infrastructure — from early-stage design through to build-out and close. Real Impact – Work on low-carbon projects that support UK energy goals Full-Cycle Involvement – From FEED to commercial delivery Booming Sector – Grow your career in a high-demand industry Great Package – £50–70K annual bonus strong benefits What You’ll Be Doing Pre-Contract / FEED Phase: Prepare early-stage cost plans, budgets, and input into commercial strategy Support risk reviews and procurement planning Delivery Phase: Manage forecasting, cost tracking, and change control Work closely with PMs and engineers to ensure commercial oversight Contract Management: Administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts Manage compensation events, variations, and reporting Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and supply chain teams Help ensure smooth project delivery from a commercial standpoint What You’ll Need 2 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role (ideally civils, infrastructure, or energy) Good understanding of NEC3 or NEC4 contracts Experience across both pre- and post-contract phases Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction/commercial discipline UK driving licence (for occasional site visits) Make Your Next Move Matter This is more than a QS role — it’s a chance to help build a cleaner, smarter energy system and be part of a fast-moving developer with serious growth plans.
