CJS Recruitment are looking for a Entry- Level Quantity surveyor / Estimator who is capable of contract administrative duties also - looking for 1 year industry experience in the residential / Extensions sector.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and tender submission\n\n- Analyse project drawings, specifications and requirements\n\n- Liasie with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and quotations\n\n- Support the development of cost plans and budgets\n\nREQUIREMENTS\n\n- Qualification/ Degree in Quantity Surveying or Estimating\n\n- Around 1 year relevant experience\n\n-Familiarity with construction contracts\n\n- Excellent communication and organisational skills
