Senior Quantity Surveyor - City of London\n\nOur client, a leading turnkey commercial fit out contractor, is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage multi-million-pound projects from inception to final account. This is a client-facing role, ideal for a commercially knowledgable professional with a strong M&E background and a proven track record in delivering profitable, high-quality projects. They are looking for someone that is able to lead all commercial aspects of fit out and M&E projects, ensuring risks are mitigated, profits maximised, and deadlines met.\n\nThe business has an excellent reputation within the industry and is looking to grow the business with talented and driven individuals.

They are able to offer the right candidate progression and growth to take their career to the next level. \n\nThe ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:\n\nProven experience as a QS or Senior QS on commercial fit out projects\n\nStrong M&E installation knowledge\n\nWorking knowledge of JCT contracts\n\nExcellent attention to detail, negotiation skills, and decision-making ability\n\nConfident communicator with a professional, client-facing manner\n\nJob details:\n\nPermanent role, site and office based (07:00-16:00)\nDBS and Financial Checks required\nStart date: ASAP\nLocation: City of London\nSalary: £80,000 - £85,000 PAYE per annum (plus perks such as private dental+healthcare, life insurance etc)
