We are looking to hire a "Project Manager" to join the Plymouth office of a medium sized Construction Consultancy.

Although "medium" in size, they punch up with the best, working on super exciting projects and frameworks across the region.

Their Project Management team is made up of qualified "Quantity Surveyors" and "Building Surveyors" working on projects from £5m - £50m including:

Mixed use Developments - Residential, Office Space, Restaurants and Hotels
High Rise Residential
Heritage and Museums
Specialist Heath and Care
Project recovery - when all else fails, our client are the ones they call!!  They pride themselves on personal relationships, repeat business and "over performing", making them the 'go-to' firm in the region when the chips are down or the brief is particularly challenging!!

The right candidate

We are looking for an experienced "Project Manager" from a "Building Surveying" or "Quantity Surveying" background to work on projects across the region. We are looking for candidates with the following backgrounds and experience:

Degree in "Quantity Surveying" or "Building Surveying" essential
Proven track record running your own projects and "Project Manager"
Stable career history working for a Construction Consultancy or client direct
Commutable to the Plymouth area or relocating to the region
Chartered status ideal but not essential Whats in it for me:
