Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take a key role in the commercial management of complex engineering and construction projects.

What youll do:

  • Manage project costs across the full lifecycle to ensure delivery on time and within budget
  • Oversee cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Administer contracts and manage variations and change events
  • Manage subcontractor accounts, including procurement, payments, and final accounts
  • Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities
  • Work closely with project teams to support successful project delivery

What were looking for:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in a QS role within construction, engineering, or utilities
  • Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Working towards or holding professional accreditation (RICS/CICES)
