A niche Construction Consultancy is seeking a professional Quantity Surveyor to join their head office in Southampton as they continue to grow and expand.

The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role. The Quantity Surveyor's role Working alongside an Associate Quantity Surveyor, the new Quantity Surveyor will be working on fire remediation and faade projects (prior experience in this sector isn't necessary), carrying out a QS/EA/PM role. Day to day, the new Quantity Surveyor will be working on sites across the South, carrying out contract administration, cost planning, managing variations, and overseeing programmes of work.
