The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join our client's major projects division on a £20m Viaduct Refurbishment project at the M40 in High Wycombe. This site-based role reports to a Commercial Manager and includes concrete repairs, painting, joint repairs, and complex temporary works.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager in managing all contractual and commercial needs Managing and identifying opportunities and risks within the contract Collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure smooth delivery Essential Requirements:

Experience with NEC forms of contract Proven experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor RICS accredited qualification Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management Desirable:
