This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established contractor delivering complex, design-led schemes across the UK and Ireland, with strong long-term career progression. There is also a strong pipeline of upcoming projects across London, Northern Ireland and Dublin, offering long-term stability and future opportunities. The Role Working as part of a collaborative commercial team, you will be responsible for managing all surveying functions across the project lifecycle, ensuring effective cost control and commercial delivery. Key duties include: Procurement and management of subcontract packages Preparing valuations, cost reports and final accounts Managing variations, cost control and risk analysis Liaising with site teams, design teams and subcontractors Supporting commercial strategy and ensuring project profitability Requirements 3-5+ years experience in a Quantity Surveying role Strong experience across main contracting projects Proven ability xehkeey to manage subcontractors and commercial packages Good understanding of construction contracts (NEC experience beneficial) Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying / Construction Location & Travel Based in Belfast Head Office Occasional travel to England required- all expenses covered (accomm, flights etc) Hybrid working available following probation CONUKW
