My client is a Tier 1 Housebuilder building quality homes nationwide with a focus on innovation and sustainability. Due to a significant increase in key projects, the company is now looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor to join their South Midlands based Commercial Team to support a variety of residential developments. Reporting to the Senior QS/Commercial manager, you'll be responsible for managing costs and securing the financial success of projects. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for: Preparing and managing detailed cost plans, budgets, and forecasts for residential projects Managing procurement processes and negotiating subcontractor and supplier contracts Identifying and mitigating financial risks throughout the project lifecycle Collaborating closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to control costs.
