We’re Hiring: Quantity Surveyor

Bristol | Structural Steel / Construction | Full-Time

We’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team managing multiple projects nationwide. If you have a strong commercial mindset, enjoy working with clients and sub-contractors, and want to play a key role in delivering successful projects, this could be the role for you.


What you’ll be doing

  • Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of projects
  • Prepare, submit, and negotiate variations, claims, and valuations
  • Monitor cost, revenue, and cashflow forecasts
  • Provide commercial advice internally and to clients
  • Agree sub-contractor accounts and maintain accurate financial records
  • Attend sites nationwide to liaise with clients and sub-contractors


✅ What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction (structural steel advantageous)
  • Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
  • Relevant academic qualification (HND/degree) and RICS membership desirable
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
