Are you an experienced and driven Quantity Surveyor ready to take ownership of a transformative education project? We're looking for a talented professional to join our team and help deliver a state-of-the-art new-build school that will shape future generations.
?? Key Responsibilities: Lead all cost management activities across the lifecycle of the school build Prepare tender documentation and manage procurement processes Provide cost estimates, feasibility studies, and regular budget reporting Work closely with contractors, design teams, and local stakeholders Ensure compliance with financial regulations and contractual obligations Monitor progress and proactively address any cost overruns or risks
?? Requirements: Proven experience in quantity surveying for new build projects Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field Strong knowledge of construction contracts Excellent communication and analytical skills
