Quantity Surveyor (Commercial Fit-Out Projects) Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: Up to £50,000 benefits A leading global workplace and real estate consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its Commercial Occupier team , delivering high-profile workspace fit-out projects for blue-chip clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in commercial interiors or CAT A/B fit-outs, looking to join a well-established, client-facing team with consistent project flow and strong long-term development potential. Key Responsibilities: Lead cost management for commercial fit-out projects (CAT A/B) Collaborate with project managers and designers across the full project lifecycle Prepare accurate cost plans, tender documents, and final accounts Advise clients on procurement, value engineering, and risk Support contract negotiation and contractor management Ideal Candidate: Experience in commercial workspace fit-outs (client-side or consultancy) Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar Progression toward MRICS is advantageous Proactive, commercially aware, and confident working with blue-chip clients Why Apply?
