Job Title : Quantity Surveyor Location : Stockton-on-Tees Salary : £45,000 to £52,000 + car & excellent benefits package I am looking for a talented and driven Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor on a landmark UK energy project in the North East. As a key member of the commercial team, the Quantity Surveyor will manage all costs and income streams across a key part of the project, ensuring the successful delivery of this nationally significant civil engineering project. What You'll Be Doing Managing and optimising all commercial aspects of your project section using advanced ERP and digital systems. Undertaking detailed measurement, recording, and valuation of works in line with project procedures. Preparing meticulous cost reconciliation statements and collating cost and value information. Interpreting complex works information, specifications, and drawings to prepare accurate bills of quantities and schedules of rates. Building robust estimates from first principles.
