A highly capable Quantity Surveyor, who can bring 5+ years experience in the construction industry is now needed for an award-winning Fit Out contractor.
The Quantity Surveyor will based in the office which is a short walk from Farringdon, with flexibility offered.
With your projects being across London, you the Quantity Surveyor can expect to work on some of the best Commercial office fit out projects within the £5M - £15M value range.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
The Quantity Surveyor will specifically work on the costing of CAT A&B office fit outs, turning them into high quality and respected commercial space for exciting and unique clients.
The Quantity Surveyor will immediately run the commercials on a boutique CAT B office fit out scheme in Clerkenwell worth £4.6M. You will have the support from the Commercial Director.
The commercially astute Quantity Surveyor should bring a collaborative and positive attitude towards finding solutions to any changes and apply a consistent financial understanding to every project.
The Quantity Surveyor
Bringing strong experience of running own projects from start to finish
Track record of full-time employment
CAT B fit out experience would be handy
Quick access into London
Usage of multiple costing software
Ability to communicate effectively.
Looking for a permanent position
Provide a hands-on approach.
Excellent organisational & team management skills
Good computer skills
