An international construction consultancy in the heart of Manchester is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in delivering projects of varying scale and complexity.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The Quantity Surveyor will be required to take measurements, prepare cost plans, estimates, and ensure that the project will be feasible for the company.

The Quantity Surveyor will be required to engage confidently with all stakeholders including clients and contractors to ensure any projects, including residential homes and major commercial projects, are done in an efficient manner.

The Quantity Surveyor

Degree in Quantity Surveying/ equivalent
Ideally MRICS or working towards
Commutable to Manchester
Familiar with NEC / JCT contracts
Ability to multitask on multiple projectsIn Return?

£35,000-£45,000
