Quantity Surveyor – Ipswich
We are currently seeking two experienced Quantity Surveyors to join an expanding team in Ipswich — one focusing on Residential Refurbishment and New Build, and the other on Logistics/Warehousing projects.
As a developer/builder that do not tender for work, and with a secure pipeline for the next 8 years, you'll be joining a business with long-term stability and a consistent flow of exciting, impactful projects.

Your Role:
You’ll be empowered to take ownership of projects from inception to completion, supported by a collaborative Senior Leadership Team and a Commercial Manager. This is a site-based role, and integration with the wider project and site teams will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare budgets, procurement schedules, and monthly cost reports

Manage subcontractor packages and payments
*
Lead value engineering exercises to maximise project value
*
Monitor contracts and ensure compliance with warranties and insurance requirements
