This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven QS who wants to take ownership of project costs, procurement, and financial performance on large‑scale, modern developments.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee the full commercial lifecycle of new build projects within the student accommodation sector.
