This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute professional with a strong background in leading multiple construction projects from inception to completion. You'll play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring value for money, and driving financial efficiency across our growing portfolio. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage cost planning, procurement, and commercial reporting on multiple live projects. Lead contract administration and negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers. Conduct regular site visits and liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders. Monitor project budgets, forecast costs, and ensure timely financial reporting. Ensure all commercial practices align with company policies and contractual obligations. Support and mentor junior team members when necessary.
