This role is ideal for a QS with some NEC contract experience who is ambitious to grow into a Senior Quantity Surveyor role.

What Youll Do As a Quantity Surveyor, youll: Support commercial management of civil engineering and infrastructure projects Assist in preparing valuations, applications for payment, and monthly cost reports Help manage variations, change control, and extensions of time Support subcontractor management and tendering processes Provide contractual guidance to project and site teams Contribute to effective cost control and financial management throughout the project Youll work across site, office, and home, giving you a well-rounded experience of a live infrastructure project.
