Our Energy Division at Trant Engineering Ltd is growing and were looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS who knows their way around NEC4 contracts and thrives on complex civil engineering projects. Youll be joining a business with real momentum, working on a major infrastructure scheme involving RC structures, roads, drainage, steel frame and cladding. What youll be doing This is a hands-on, site-based role where youll take ownership of key commercial activities: Managing valuations & CVRs Remeasuring works and tracking installed quantities Handling change control and variations Procuring and managing subcontractors Overseeing subcontractor payments Producing monthly commercial reports Forecasting cash flow and managing risk Supporting dispute resolution Driving projects through to final account What were looking for Experience as a QS or Senior QS in civil engineering / infrastructure Strong working knowledge of NEC4 contracts HNC / HND / Degree (or equivalent experience) CSCS card Commercially sharp, detail-focused, and proactive Why join Trant? xehkeey Were not just another contractor were a multi-disciplinary engineering business delivering complex, high-value projects across the UK and beyond.
