This exciting role offers the opportunity to deliver a comprehensive range of Building services. Based in the Maidstone area, this position also supports flexible working arrangements, including working from home for up to 3 days per week. If you are an ambitious individual who enjoys working in a team environment, loves building exceptional relationships and wants a varied and challenging environment then this could be the role for you The Role Work with contractors, end clients and subcontractors and offers services such as tender support, contract admin and contract advice. You will have the opportunity to work on projects across various disciplines, gaining new experiences which could be rail, road, housing estates, refurbishment projects, conversions and more to offer choice, variety, and opportunity to learn and hone skills. Our Client is also developing a name for producing highly tailored features, including bespoke design additions or reinstating original features but with a modern twist.
